CAPACITY:
Reliance  comfortably sails with 2 to 6 passengers .
CONFIRMATION:
Reservations are confirmed with full payment, or 50% down and the balance paid in full no later than five (5) business days prior to the day of sail. Okay, we are flexible. Call us in the morning and we can sail in the afternoon. Cash or Credit Card (We use Square/Register and process with an iPhone). We bill any advance payments with Paypal and use that as an escrow account until your sail charter is complete and you are off the dock.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Full refunds will be made for cancellations. We understand that weather happens, plans change, and families have unexpected events. Sails can be rescheduled or all monies returned. (That is why we use Paypal for all advance reservations)
WEATHER POLICIES:
If it is either raining, too foggy or windy for safety, the charter will be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund at your choice.
