Learn to Sail!

At Admiralty Sailing we love to show people how easy it is to sail on the ocean. The hard thing about sailing is Rules of the Road and Docking. To become a competent sailor, We highly recommend Bluewater Sailing for your sail training. Our Friend, Jenn Miller, from New Zealand just sent us a post about learning to sail and it is a great post about the basics of sailing. On the west coast we don’t have to dock with pilings,but watching her videos makes me appreciate how easy we have it here. This private one-on-one class (or for couples) gives the aspiring skipper a taste of all the sailing skills from setting and trimming sails, steering the boat, executing maneuvers, docking, rules of the road and more. You will be at the wheel for the duration (except when setting the sails) to give you a full immersion into what it feels like to command a sailing yacht.
